The base template of our digital sales platform: a seafront tower explored floor by floor, with live availability, residence tours and enquiries that arrive with the unit attached.
Mirador del Parque is the demonstration project behind our sales platform. Its building, residences and availability are fictional and labelled as demo data; the product is real and is the same engine we deploy for developers.
Buyers start from the building, choose a floor, compare residences by view, size and price, and open the experience of each unit. Every enquiry carries the residence it came from.
Challenge
Off-plan buyers have to understand a building that does not exist yet: where each residence sits, what it sees and whether it is still available.
Approach
One interface for the whole journey: building, floor, residence and enquiry, with availability managed from a spreadsheet the sales team already uses.
